QA Engineer

Requirements:

* 5 years QA experience (perferably within the financial industry)
* 3 years experience developing complex scripted tests using automation and Selenium
* Previous experience performing scale tests, load test, stress test on enterprise systems
* Familiarity with testing applications and systems on Windows and Linux operating systems
* Standard QA skills: ability to understand/analyze requirements and gather information when documentation is unavailable, create testplans/testcases, understanding of testing role in typical software development methodologies, setup/maintain software testing environments, ability to estimate completion time for tasks and communicate status to management, document/report defects and follow-through to resolution, risk analysis and test activity prioritization skills, etc.
* Diverse software testing experience; that is, the testing of a variety of different types of software products, system architectures, OS platforms, languages, and frameworks.
* Excellent communications skills, problem solver, work well independently and with a group, well-organized, attention to detail, and self-motivated.
* Would be beneficial to have a programming language in an object oriented language (C++ or Java)
