Role: QA Engineer - Software Quality Team
Location: Gdynia, Poland
Duration: 3-6 months+
Job Requirement:
- Detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Very good knowledge of database structures (tables, index, triggers, procedures)
- Very good knowledge of SQL (SELECT)
- Knowledge of Windows Server (Windows Services, Event Log, Windows Registry concept, software installation)
- Knowledge of Web Services, XML, HTTP protocols
- Ability to work with tools like Fiddler and WireShark
- Ability to learn JavaScript on an advanced level in the short period of time
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and execute test cases.
- Develop automation scripts for functional and performance tests.
- Translate high-level business requirements into test scenarios and test cases.
- Estimate the time to completion for you resting efforts.
- Report on QA status to the project team and managers.
- Work closely with software developers, business analysts, and other QA team members to analyze test results and proactively work to resolve any issues.
- Setup and maintain test environments.
