QA Coordinator

Our client is a multinational phamaceutical company and is currently looking for a QA COORDINATOR. The QA COORDINATOR will coordinate the QA ACTIVITIES related to the existring QUALITY ASSURANCE SYSTEM. The QA COORDINATOR will be based in Walloon Brabant for 6 months.

Scope of work:

- Master key QA activities related to the Quality System: ensure the in-place/in use of the systems
- Ensures consistency with other quality systems
- Ensures criticals topics are adequately and timely escalated to higher management
- Represents QA in operational meetings related to the area of responsibility
- Provide Quality System expertise support to QA GMP and Production teams
- Contributes to local and/or transversal improvement projets to ensure compliance level is maintained in line with cGMP and GSK standard requirements
- Understands problems related to Quality System and evaluates their potential impact on product quality. Escalates complex problem to N+1

Requirements:

- University degree (Biotechnology, Agronomy, Chemistry or Pharmacy)
- Operational Excellence Certification is an asset
- Able to use risk analysis method
- Good interpersonal relationship skills, able to build strong relationships, to influence, to drive and enable change and to develop & engage collaborators
- Good oral and written communication skills in French and in English
- Problem solving and achievement oriented
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in QA Packaging
- Experience in Quality System Management is an asset
