QA Compliance Manager (External Suppliers)

Responsibilities

Support the Quality Assurance Agreement programme for EXTERNAL SUPPLIERS, CONTRACT MANUFACTURING ORGANISATIONS and service providers.

COMPLY INFORMATION FROM SUPPLIERS AND CMOS REGARDING BSE/TSE STATUS, GMO status, allergens, and other intolerance agents (egmetal catalysts, latex, melamine etc.) and manage statement requests related to such materials on a drug product level.

INITIATE CHANGES AND AQWA QUALITY EVENTS RELATED TO EXTERNAL SUPPLIED packaging materials, medical devices and excipients.

This role requires adherence to specific cGMP requirements and execution according to the valid SOP's.

Education

University/academy degree in chemistry, pharmacy, biology or equivalent

Languages

GERMAN - PROFICIENT SPOKEN/WRITTEN;

ENGLISH - VERY GOOD KNOWLEDGE SPOKEN/WRITTEN

EXPERIENCE:

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT and/or supplier-customer relations;

Profound knowledge in cGMPs as a must

Strong understanding of supplier/customer interactions and relations;

Technical understanding of pharmaceutical/biological processes.

Experience in Pharma needed.
