As a Business Analyst, ideal candidates must be able to define and analyze customer's business/functional requirements and communicate those requirements for small-to-large sized projects to the IS department (peers) in functional terms and some technical terms. The BA must have a proven track record of writing business functional requirements documents for systems to be implemented. Additionally, the BA must be able to explain information technology solutions to the customer in non-technical, layman's terms. The candidate will act as theprimary interface (liaison) between the business functions and the IS department for the projects assigned.

As a Quality Assurance Analyst, ideal candidates must be able to test and obtain User Acceptance of newly developed software functions prior to deployment in the production environment. You will plan and execute integration and functional testing, identify software defects, ensure all software is developed in accordance with usability standards. As a member of the QA team you will be responsible to ensure software products are delivered defect free. Additional responsibilities include project planning/reporting, high level process documentation and procedure development/maintenance.

You will work with a team of Developers, Database Administrators and other Business Analysts/Quality Assurance Analysts in the development and maintenance of our systems.
