QA Automation Engineer - Restful API, SOAP UI, SQL, Agile/BDD - Contra

QA AUTOMATION ENGINEER - RESTFUL API, SOAP UI, SQL, AGILE/BDD - CONTRACT - LONDON

We're looking for a strong QA Automation Engineer to develop automated testing tools, increasing coverage and overall quality of large scale internal and customer facing systems.

The ideal QA Automation Engineer will have an interest in the security testing, strong experience working in a challenging, fast-paced, Agile environments.

You will have extensive experience in service layer testing (SOAP UI, RESTful APIs, XML, JSON), strong knowledge of SQL and some experience in security testing would be great (Burp Suite ideally)

KEY SKILLS:

- Writing service layer tests (SOAP UI, RESTful, API XML, JSON)
- Continuous Integration (eg Bamboo)
- BDD
- Exposure to automated security testing tools would be a bonus (eg Burp Suite)
- Security testing approaches (XSS, SQLi, etc)
- Version control (Git/SVN)
- SQL (Oracle)
- Given, When, Then
- Pair with Developers, DevOps, BA's and Testers
