Based at their site in the South East you will report to the Head of Regulatory Affairs and QA. They are looking for bright, ambitious energetic individuals to join their team. Some responsibilities include: Examine batch documentation and associated samples & thermo-loggers for products shipped to the UK. Approve for distribution those batches already released for sale and submit the documentation to the QP for those imported from third countries - Supervise the sample registers and ensure compliance with current artwork versions - Act as the primary quality contact for the warehouse staff, give QA approval to the warehouse staff to process damaged, expired and rejected stock for disposal. Advise and support the warehouse staff with supply chain queries relating to product quality. Review warehouse temperature and destruction records. - Administer the change control and deviation procedures in the Quality system for supply chain quality issues and any issue related to batch quality. Perform all necessary investigations, QA reporting and approvals for these procedures - Record and investigate customer complaints and respond to complainants. Process any relevant corrective and preventative actions (CAPA) - Assist with internal and external quality audits and CAPA resolution - Assist with the updating of QA SOPs - General professional duties associated with maintaining the quality system, including running the monthly QA meeting - To comply with all UK regulatory guidelines and company SOPs in relation to the ABPI Code of Practice, MHRA and all other authorities related to the functional position. You must have: - A degree in life sciences. - A credible level of experience in QA roles in the pharmaceutical industry Salary is up to £40k plus benefits but is negotiable for the right candidate.
