QA AND AUTOMATION TEST LEAD

Based onsite at a key client you will need exemplary communication and relationship building skills coupled with a background in leading a small team in automation and manual testing and QA.

You will be responsible for developing automation test scripts and developing new processes whilst managing and guiding a small team of Test Analysts. You will also possess a strong empathy for service to the customer and be someone with passion for what you do and a positive can-do attitude.

Required skills:

- Strong experience in automation development
- Developing automation test scripts using different methodologies
- Customising a test automation framework
- Developing new processes for future development and test scenarios
- Experience in an Agile environment
- Ability to assess future automation needs and implement best practice
- Experience managing a small team and working with global teams
- Superior communication skills (both verbal and written)

Technical Skills Required:

- Experience in Automation Testing
- Experience in manual testing and QA
- Experience with using QTP automation tool
- Experience with writing code in VBS
- Knowledge with .net and Delphi applications
- Knowledge working with SQL DB
- Knowledge working with files such as XML, txt
