PMO Consultant/QA Consultant - PMO, QA, Quality Assurance, Gateways

One of Monarch IT's leading clients is urgently looking for a PMP/QA Consultant for an immediate start.

Candidates must have the following skills and experience:

- A proven career in Project Management Office (PMO)
- Proven experience of Quality Assurance (QA)
- Proven experience of QA across Programmes including QA'ing projects, gateways, project plans and project documentation
- Proven experience of Planning and Reporting
- Experience conducting and managing Quality (QA) reviews
- Experience of managing/supporting QA functions
- A strong working knowledge of quality modeling techniques - RAG, SIPOC, quadrants, flow charts, swim lanes etc
- Strong risk and issue management experience (RAID logs etc).
- Proven working knowledge of MS Project and other related technologies (Gantt Charts, Critical Paths, Resourcing)
- Financial services experience
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Strong dependency management and change control experience
- Experience of quality improvement techniques - process integrity, lessons learned systems, maturity management, etc.
