QA Analyst/Lead

QA Analyst/Lead is required for global financial organisation to:

Co-ordinate the Test Team activities on a day to day basis
Monitor all work in progress to ensure quality deliveries
Development of test strategies and detailed test plans & scripts
Prioritise test team requests and allocate appropriate resources
Establish standards & procedures for the test team
Sign-off of testing and support for the release to production
Working with technology to co-ordinate and manage defect reporting and tracking
Review business requirements, system and functional specification documents and ensure the end to end business solution meets the business needs
Facilitate walkthroughs of business solution
Assist Application Developers (internal and external) and Technical Support staff in identifying and resolving problems. Experience of managing multi phase test programmes incorporating both technology and business testing
Previous experience of Transfer Agency a distinct advantage
Experience of creating and executing test strategies
Ability to manage test teams in different locations and across reporting lines
Proficient in use of testing tools (Quality Centre/JIRA)
