TRD QA ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST
Tasks:
* Administrative Assistance to the QA group
* Management of TRD QA Intranet/SharePoint
* Management of TRD QA generic email
* Administrator iRelease (GMP Database)
* Administrator of TRD QA Ticketing Tool
* Administrative management of audit follow-up activities
* Administrative management of QA document in ESOP
* Archiving of TRD QA Third Party GMP paper documents
* Scanning of documents, archiving in iRelease/G-Drive
* Administrative support: Dashboards, Data Management, Due Date Tracking, Communication
* Tracking of Quality Agreement signature
* Review and compile GMP documents for GMP compliance
* Preferred German and English speaker
