Must-haves:
+ Strong Python application development knowledge (scripting is not enough)
+ Strong knowledge on test and behavior driven development (TDD/BDD)
+ Strong knowledge on micro-service based architectures including orchestration
+ Strong knowledge on testing in Python (libraries, best practices, test automation)
+ Strong knowledge on test management
Nice-to-have:
+ Solid knowledge off relational data base management systems
+ Solid knowledge on building distributed systems
+ knowledge on measuring code quality and code analysis tooling for Python
