We are looking for a Python developer who is interested in working in one of the most interesting parts of one of the world's largest banks. The successful candidate should have advanced Python and experience in Object Oriented Programming.
This exciting role is well suited to strong developers with a keen interest in investment banking. You will be responsible for designing and developing Python based solutions for a strategic in house Treasury application.
It offers opportunities to learn about technologies used in banking and the opportunity to work with and learn from technologists who are experienced in delivering successful large scale solutions.
Responsibilities:
*Python development
Requirements:
*Developing Python solutions for their business clients.
*Supporting existing Real Time functionality and expanding upon it for new feature requests.
*Providing lights on maintenance to ensure smooth running of existing application
*Managing Software release into production.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
*3+ Years of Python development experience
*Experience with Object Oriented Design concepts and patterns
*Experience with unit tests and TDD
*Experience with NOSQL databases
*Knowledge and experience of Agile practices (particularly Scrum).
