IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Support the assessment and mitigation of procurement-related risks
-Provide procurement-related support to business owners and assist them in their purchasing activities
-Act as a co-ordinator between suppliers, business owners and requesters and liaise with Legal Services and other required departments where necessary
-Draft and administer contracts and purchase orders in English or German in compliance with internal regulations and guidelines
-Process purchase orders and receipts for goods and services
-Ensure data consistency, integrity and transparency within the procurement process and associated controls
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Commercial apprenticeship
-Working experience in purchasing roles
-Fluency in English and German
