Barclay Recruitment is seeking an experienced Procurement or Purchasing Officer with a background in engineering parts and equipment. This company specialises in the design and manufacture of bulk materials handling equipment, and are experiencing a dynamic growth phase with their expansion into the mining sector. This is a long term contract position requiring an immediate start.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

- Track record in procurement including international
- Confident in negotiation and building relationships with suppliers
- Experience in juggling scheduling and delivery deadlines
- Background in mechanical engineering or manufacturing
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication
