- Supervising the day to day Purchasing/Sourcing activities (raising purchasing orders, negotiating, sourcing, stock management, costing, material analysis, KPIs) Review current purchasing activities (process, system and resources) Based on the above, assist building Purchasing/Sourcing Strategy and assist in the design of the future Purchasing/Sourcing structure
- Work closely with local Management and Corporate team to make sure project is aligned with World Wide strategy
- Participate in synergy projects
- Reporting into the Operations Manager on site in Leighton Buzzard
- Supervising team of 2 admin/buyers
- Detail Job spec. on daily tasks (see attached)
Duration: 6 months- with a Potential to be a permanent position.
