IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Establish yearly purchasing budget plan and cost reduction plan for several locations
-Maintain the processes to be compliant with the global procedures in purchasing to meet TS 16949 requirements
-Review and supervise purchase order placement process to meet the company and legal requirements
-Establish goals and objectives for each individual member of the purchasing team to achieve the required results for the budget
-Set training and carrier plan for each member of purchasing team
-Supporting improvement of working capital management
-Achieve supplier PPM target set up for actual year
-Monthly monitoring and reporting of supplier performance
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Professional experience in an international company in the automotive industry
-Experience in project business
-Strong relationship capabilities and communication skills
-Fluency in German and English
