Purchasing & Licensing Associate

As a Purchasing & Licensing Associate your role will include working with the Technology teams, and Technology Management to assist with the following:

Maintaining and assisting with the internal cost allocation process and spread sheet and corresponding reporting spread sheets, involving work with all technology teams and relaying information to both Finance and the Head of Technology
Creating the IT budget and the Hosted systems budget
Setting up agreements for IT hardware and licensing,
Software Asset Management and control of IT assets
Assisting with the operation and administration of the procurement processes including

Essential skills:
Excel
Managing relationships with multiple vendors
Licensing experience
Oracle iProcurement
