Purchasing Expeditor Job

A PURCHASING EXPEDITOR is needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in ALBUQUERQUE, NM.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- Support Purchasing system compliance by proactive maintenance of time sensitive data, especially data that must be received from external sources.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Maintain Purchasing Infrastructure
- NDA'S- preparing NDAs using a standard template, tracking NDA approval status, and expiration status.
- Vendor Master- obtain and review supporting documentation, submit all vendor master changes additions.
- Annual master certifications of Federal Acquisition Regulation certification requirements
- Annual renewal of Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) registration
- Annual update of supplier contact directory and email distribution groups
- Support Buyer/Planners a) Verify supplier confirmations b) Expedite supplier on-time shipment c) Track to completion (receipt and invoicing) all electronic shopping cart transactions.
- Manage archival retention and destruction of non-electronic (SAP) records
- Daily-weekly report retrieval formatting (Excel) and distribution.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- High School Diploma required
- Experience with Data retrieval/download, and data formatting using pivot tables and/or pivot table charts
- This is a twelve (12) month contract, paying between $15 - $19 per hour.
