IHRE AUFGABEN:

-You create purchase orders, manage SAP contracts, provide analysis and create statistical information of them.
-The process efficiency and optimized cost of processing are ensured by Source-2-Pay.
-You provide the customer centric services throughout the buying process.
-By following the compliance to internal and external policies and legislation you protect the companies’ social reputation.

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-You have profound experience in transactional purchasing and/or administrative functions and are experienced in working in SAP or another major ERP system is mandatory.
-Possible experience in customer services or logistics would suite perfect for your duties
-An advanced usage of modern communication tools as a fluent English is a key requirement, an additional advantage is a fluent German
-Your financial analytical evaluation and abilities are outstanding.
-You see yourself as a service oriented person with good communication skills
