*Purchasing and Subcontract Manager*

*Represent Purchasing as an integral part of the bid or project team.
*Co-ordinate between Bid/Project and Purchasing when the involvement of several family managers (Commodity PCC) is involved.
*Work with the bid team to ascertain the needs, competitiveness objectives and target costs.
*Create and maintain an Acquisition Strategy and Plan and also the Purchasing Executive Summary and Acquisition Plan for the project phase.
*Establish and maintain the Purchasing Summary Sheet (PSS).
*Confirm tailoring and Purchase vet planning.
*Working closely with other functions as necessary, manage all purchasing aspects of delegated Bid and Project work packages, to ensure packages are executed in accordance with technical, program, cost and performance (quality and delivery) requirements.
*Manage risks and opportunities and bid and project level.
*Undertake commercial and contractual tasks as required, including negotiation and agreement of Framework Agreements, Purchase Contracts, Statements Of Work, Non Disclosure Agreements etc.
*Ensure effectiveness by employing suitable reporting, tracking and performance management tools and techniques and represent Purchasing at Project reviews.
