Purchasing Administrators - Swedish Speaker
Montreal Associates are currently looking for 4 x Purchasing Administrators - Swedish Speaker for a 6 months contract in Stockholm to be part of the Finance Team of a Global IT company.
Will you available?
- Entering purchase orders in our financial system, based on the purchase request that officers and employees are submitting .
- To ensure that purchase orders are properly constructed with the proper codes according to regulations.
- To ensure that purchase orders will be stamped by the right person, remind.
- Take care of matters in the common e-mail in-box.
- Find errors in orders so they are not stopped up
- Manage investigations of cases that for some reason have not been processed
- Assist employees with learning how to complete the requisition, approve the system, manage the Worklist etc
- Invoices.
- Fluent Swedish and English is a MUST have.
PROFICIENCY IN THE FOLLOWING:
- English knowledge: user manual and the system is in English
- Familiarity with administrative tasks
- Experience in order processing is an advantage.
- 6 months contract with a good chance of extension or could lead onto a Permanent role.
