Purchasing Administrators - Swedish Speaker
Montreal Associates are currently looking for 4 x Purchasing Administrators - Swedish Speaker for a 6 months contract in Stockholm to be part of the Finance Team of a Global IT company.
Will you available?
Duties:
- Entering purchase orders in our financial system, based on the purchase request that officers and employees are submitting
- To ensure that purchase orders are properly constructed with the proper codes according to regulations
- To ensure that purchase orders will be stamped by the right person, remind
- Take care of matters in the common box.
- Find errors in orders so they are not stopped up
- Manage investigations of cases that for some reason have not been processed
- Assist employees with learning how to complete the requisition, approve the system, manage the Worklist etc
- Invoicing.
- Experience with MS Office and Peoplesoft.
proficiency:
- Swedish is a Must have and English skills. Manuals and the system is in English
- Familiarity with administrative tasks and preferably experience of purchasing processes be employable.
- 6 months hire which could lead onto a Permanent role.
