Purchasing Administrator: Remedy On Demand, Asset Management PO
My client, a world renowned global organisation based in Prague is seeking a Purchasing Administrator to be apart of their global enterprise asset management team. Skills required are as follows:
Request and Approval Management
* Raise PO's with Lenovo and IBM for Basel and Stein for Hardware and Configuration Items (Storage, HDD's)
* Fill Order Sheet (Part numbers and Quantities) and provide to SIM's
* Engage with SIM's to have the CAR's and PO's created for local Hardware Purchasing with Lenovo
* Once PO created approve Service Request in Remedy
* Engage with Lenovo Account Manager to get monthly updated Order catalogue (exchange rates)
Remedy on Demand
* Raise Service Requests to have new CI's for new Servers created, applies for all requests (Catalog; non-Catalog)
* Raise Change Request to have attributes of CI's updated (Status Ordered, Reserved, Deployed, Operational, etc.)
* Assign Remedy Tasks for new and decomm requests to LAM's based on hosting sitecode.
* If SIM's are not yet onboarded into the LAM role, coordinate execution of tasks via email and update Remedy for them accordingly.
None Catalogue Request
* Inquire with Service Lines to get necessary information to create server CI's in Remedy (CAR Number, PO number, Asset value per item,
* Ensure successful storage of IQ documentation for new Servers
Basel/Stein specific
* Engage with Finance to have Assets activated
* Track and coordinate Asset Delivery
