. A leading provider of IT communication services is currently looking for a Purchasing Administrator to join their dynamic and busy services sector. The successful individual will be responsible for delivering the highest level of sourcing and commercial negotiation, for a portfolio of 3rd Party contractual and professional services suppliers.

You will be responsible for obtaining quoted and placing purchase orders with suppliers within agreed service levels agreements. You will be assessing cost implication and clearing invoice queries to ensure suppliers payments are made within business approval. You will need to communicate on issues to meet business needs and customer requirements.

You will have good working knowledge of Microsoft Applications, Word, Excel and experience of SAP would be desirable. You will be able to provide high levels of customer service and have extensive administration skills to meet the requirements of the business.
