PURCHASE TO PAY INTEGRATION CONSULTANT | BRUSSELS, BELGIUM | IMMEDIATE START | 1 YEAR +

Technical Experience:

Mandatory

- Relevant proven experience in Readsoft and SAP integration projects in large companies (references to be provided), or implementation of purchase orders in an integrated tool.
- In-depth SAP knowledge on MM and FI modules and on Readsoft procurement and invoice modules (RS Requisition and RS PDAP)

Preferable

- Invoice Workflow tools (Readsoft is preferable)
- Functional SAP Knowledge (FI-CO/AA/AP)

Business Experience

Mandatory

- You have Project Management and Business analysis experience: Proven track record of managing end-to-end projects.
- Having an integrated methodology for the testing phase and integration best practices knowledge (Experience in P2P Test Strategy and Test Plan definition)
- You have experience in Cost Accounting and Purchase to Pay Process

Preferable

- Having strong cost accounting and fiscal knowledge for P2P integration (purchase orders) with the General Ledger

Job:

We are looking for 2 Functional consultants (business analysts) with strong integration and implementation skills on P2P processes and Readsoft - SAP tools to support our internal team of experts.

You will have to:

- Contribute to Functional Specifications document on purchase orders (P2P), with a focus on best practices of PO implementation in large service companies.
- Being able to handle very fast the business requirement and functional specifications to support processes understanding
- Organise and lead P2P workshops
- Document test strategy and test scenario's
- Being able to discuss Technical Design evolution in collaboration with IT
- development ( MOE ) team

LANGUAGES: Fluent in French, English is a plus
