Purchase Programme Manager - Automotive - Midlands

Our Midlands based client is looking to recruit a Purchase Programme Manager.

Task:
1) Ensure the raising of orders for Capital Investment/Expenses/Piece Price for the Programme in the required timescales.

2) Manage the overall delivery of Part Submission Warrant for all components.

3) Through the appropriate metrics manage the delivery.

4) Lead internal and external supplier events.

5) Manage appropriate escalation of sourcing, timing and cost issues through the Governance meetings.

6) Be the main Point of contact for the Commodity programme Buyers STA Programme Management Teams.

Responsibility:
Report to the Senior Purchase Managers through the appropriate metrics and governance.

Skills:
1) Experience in Project Management, Purchasing, and Supplier quality.
2) Good Communication skills
3) IT Skills, in particular Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
