PURCHASE ORDER MANAGER
For one of our clients are we looking for a Purchase Order Manager to start the job ASAP In Oslo, Norway.
DEPARTMENT AND TEAM DESCRIPTION:
The PURCHASE ORDER MANAGER is responsible for:
- The program governance,
- Program planning
- Resource management
- Risk management
- Program quality
- Change/purchase order management
- Program security management
- Program reporting
- Program IT Management
- IT Security and contract management

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
The role is responsible for the execution and management of the Nødnett program purchase and work order process. The process will cover the procedures for DNK Change/Purchase/Work Order procedures.
The role is responsible to respond to and all Purchase/Work requests or Change requests for and extensions and changes to the operation of Nødnett. The role will manage an overview over all Purchase requests from the Authority. The role will also be responsible to drive bid processes and request assistance from the Motorola organization to complete Change/Purchase/Work orders in accordance with the contractual requirements. In addition the role will be managing the deployment of minor changes.
The responsible person needs to drive all Change/Purchase/Work cases through all approval steps to get the change implemented and delivered to the customer and for Motorola to get compensated for the orders.
The Purchase Order Manager should be proactive in the role to pursue new business opportunities together with the Nødnett account managers.
The Purchase Order Manager will also collaborate with planners, risk managers, resource managers, finance and deployment resources to make implementation projects are managed according to standard Motorola guidelines.
The role is also responsible to make sure the Nødnett program is Motorola compliant for the process and procedures valid for this area.
