Our Client, a leading Aerospace company based out of Derby, has a new requirement for four Purchase Ledger Clerk/Administrators to join the team on-site at the new facility at Warwick for an initial 4 month period until the end of the year.

The position will be to operate within the supply chain management team/purchasing team across the full product/service life cycle, ensuring supplier commercial issues are resolved effectively and efficiently.

Key responsibilities will be to:

- Manage the work queue, including the sourcing of parts/services
- Raising and management of all purchase documents within the SAP system.
- Dealing with the Aftermarket, Spares (Parts) and Labour (Field Engineers).

Key skills are:

- Strong working experience as a Purchase Ledger Clerk/Administrator within a Manufacturing facility.
- Sap experiences with intermediate Excel skills are essential.
- Great Communicator.

This position is based within the energy market of the business, so the ideal candidate will have knowledge of this industry as well as good communication skills, proven Purchase Ledger Clerk/Administrator experience within a manufacturing/engineering remit and a process driven but proactive demeanour. Willing to pick up the phone and chase for results.
