The responsibilities of the Purchase Ledger Clerk will be;
*3 way matching Invoices in home Bespoke Purchase System.
*Resolving supplier Invoice discrepancies.
*Maintaining good supplier relationship and dealing with account queries.
*Reconciliation of supplier statements on a monthly basis.
*Assisting with the set up of new suppliers and validation of account data during the supplier novation period.
The successful candidate will ideally have the following skills/experience;
* 3 Way matching matching system
* Proven experience in an accounts payable position
* Able to work to deadlines
* Good communicator
* Good interpersonal skills
* Ability to organise and prioritise
