A leading multinational service provider is looking for an organised purchase ledger clerk to join their busy team. The purpose of the purchase ledger's job will be to assist the finance team with their day-to-day invoicing and credit duties.

The role will entail being responsible for a number of ledgers and to account manage key supplier accounts. It will also include postal duties of all incoming office post, and distribution to the relevant teams, processing purchase order invoices. Communication via telephone, e-mail and face to face will also be involved.

The successful candidate will have at least 36 months purchase ledger experience, have excellent organisational skills, communication skills and be a team player.
