FINANCE ASSISTANT
Based: Birmingham, Smethwick
Period: minimum 3 months
Immediate start

Our client, a leading industrial company with office based in Birmingham, is looking for an experienced Finance Assistant to assist a small team in the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Bank reconciliation
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Loading payments onto SAP
- Communicating BAC's payments
- Checking and processing expense claims
- Scanning, coding and loading purchase orders onto SAP
- Supporting members of the team with ad hoc duties
- Organise and keep up to date various information Dealing with phone queries

KEY SKILLS:

- Previous relevant finance experience required SAP experience preferable
- Good organisational skills
- Strong MS Office skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Team player
