Our client, the largest Insurance Organisation is currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger assistant on a 4 weeks contract in their Eastbourne offices.Working 37.5 hrs per week Monday to Friday

If you could wave a magic wand and create the perfect job, it would probably include a great working environment and the freedom to develop your skills to the full.

The successful candidates will be required to manage the purchase ledger service, which will support the business by the processing of all supplier invoices, staff expense claims and medical fees.

You will review and maintain compliance with procedures and processes concerning the Purchase Ledger. Match purchase invoices to orders where applicable.

You will also provide administrative support relating to the purchase ledger, including filing invoices, orders, payment reports and correspondence.

As this role is working with a Financial Services company you will need to successfully pass a credit check.
