Our client based in rural South Lincolnshire is looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger clerk/accounts assistant on a fixed term contract for a year. Working as part of a well-established finance team the role involves:- - Managing the Purchase Ledger
- Matching invoices against purchase orders
- Dealing with supplier enquiries
- Providing information for costings
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Managing and organising documentation, e.g. Company Car documents
- General office duties such as filing, managing correspondence and answering telephone calls
- To be considered for this role you will have
- Good numeracy, literacy and IT skills
- Good organisational and communication skills
- A hard-working mentality with the ability to be adaptable and learn fast
- Experience in working with Purchase Ledgers
- Excellent company to work for. Immediate interview and start date for the successful candidate
