Punchout Specialist

We are seeking a Procurement Punchout Specialist (SAP, Ariba) for an initial 12 months to working in Feltham.

The Procurement Punchout Specialist will manage the enablement of punchout catalogs for indirect categories (IT, FM, Property) of spend across each deployment, working with Category Managers, IT and Suppliers to ensure deployment of punchout catalogs is achieved to plan. Reporting into the IP Supplier Enablement Lead

Essential Education

University level education preferably in PSCM, or IT related discipline

Essential experience and job requirements

3-5 years minimum experience with Ariba, SAP and B2B eCommerce systems

Experience with project management.

Experience in measuring the success of individual projects

Experience in working with management to establish and track project

Experience and understanding of the business processes and policies as they relate to working practice, contractor management, supply chain and controls

Experience of working with and influencing both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring excellent levels of communication

Competencies action oriented, organizing, problem solving, functional/technical skills

Desirable criteria & qualifications

Working knowledge of contract management and or procurement systems

Experience of system implementation
