Rate: 200-250/day
Location: Newport

My public sector client is looking for an experienced Publishing Standards Editor to join them on an interim basis. The successful candidate will be required to oversee a team of 3 editorial specialists, taking responsibility for quality assurance by reviewing the consistency of written and presentational standards. They will also be tasked within maintaining web standards in line with established guidelines.

Requirements:
-Senior editorial and publishing expertise
-Line management expertise
-Excellent stakeholder management expertise and the ability to forge strong relationships with the Publishing Support Team
-Ability to assist delivery of a Digital Publishing Policy portal.
-Risk and Issue management experience.
-Experience of promoting knowledge transfer activities and collaborative working techniques.
