Background/ Profile

An opportunity has arisen in the Passenger Cars Marketing team. The purpose of this role is to assist the Publications and POS Executive in the management, administration and implementation of Sales Literature (print, ebrochures and apps) and Point-of-Sale material. Most projects will be under the responsibility of the Publications and POS Executive, but the Assistant will also have the opportunity to run their own projects.

Key responsibilities

Support the Co-ordination and implementation of brochure and price list updates.

Assist the Project management of new product literature

Co-ordination of Point of Sale material updates for Passenger Car Retailers (ongoing)

Internal/external communications

- Briefing suppliers on sales literature development.
- Contact with Retailers, agencies and other suppliers to ensure Retailers have up-to-date and relevant Publications and Point of Sale materials.
- Liaison with colleagues and other Depts to gain approvals.
- Administration

Management of brochure and price-list stocks, ordering tool (liaison with our fulfilment partner) and distribution to the Retailer network

Budget administration for Publications and POS Executive

Skills / Experience Required

Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable

Good organisational skills

Meticulous attention to detail as a lot proof reading will be required.

Good team-player but also able to work on own initiative

Proactive approach.

Able to work to deadlines.

Good IT skills inc. Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

Knowledge of German would be desirable but is not essential
