Public Sector Customer Insight Manager

I am currently recruiting for a large Government department who are looking for an experienced Customer Insight Manager to join their team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on an extremely interesting project, helping to benefit millions of people UK wide.

You will need to have the following skills/experience:

Essential Experience:

- Communications and marketing skills
- Stakeholder engagement and management skills
- Project management skills
- Business analysis skills
- Drafting and editing skills
- Survey and analytical skills.
- Experience of policing communication channels, especially POLKA
- CIM Diploma or equivalent
- Project management experience/PRINCE2.
- Experience of working in an Agile environment

Desirable Experience:

- Knowledge of PND, IAM, Listpoint and POLKA
- Demand analysis
