Public Health Information Analyst

ROLE: PUBLIC HEALTH INFORMATION ANALYST

LOCATION: LUTON

RATE: £25 PH

DURATION: 2 MONTHS

Outsource UK are actively seeking to recruit a Public Health Information Analyst based with our key Public Sector client for a 2 month contract.

THE JOB:

The client is seeking a Public Health Data Analyst. The role will include analysing non-value data as opposed to valued data; the individual will also have statistical knowledge. This role requires the development and maintenance of management systems for complex information; alongside this the candidate will be responding to ad-hoc requests for collection, statistics, and complex analysis. The jobholder will be contributing to key reports including the Annual Public Health Report (APHR) and the Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA) for that reason experience with Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA) is highly regarded for this role and experience with mapping data would be desirable. This role will also require the jobholder to line manage a Public Health Intelligence Assistant.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

- Non-Value data analysis experience is essential
- Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA) knowledge is desirable
- Statistical knowledge
- Mapping data experience desirable
