Role: Healthy Communities Manager
Rate: £300 per day
Duration: 3-6 months
Location: Buckinghamshire
Excellent opportunity for a Healthy Communities Manager within Public Health to work with the main multi-agency strategy group that feeds into the Health and Wellbeing Board. This work would include managing the main group and the officers group and ensuring progress on HCP projects including leading on the development and implementation of a multiple risk factor project that includes how we improve the 1:1 support that people with multiple risk behaviours receive and how we can do community level work to address multiple risk at a population level.
