Projektbeschreibung

Cleveland Christian Home, a non-profit organization specializing in providing treatment for at-risk child and youth populations, is seeking a Psychologist to join our team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:

- Ensures the development of individualized, clinically sound treatment options for children
- Provides diagnostic assessment, psychological services and counseling to residents.
- Ensures effective coordination and exchange of information with staff and other provider/network agency programs.
- May carry a caseload of 2-4 residents at any given time.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

- PH. D. in Psychology from an accredited school
- Licensed by the State of Ohio
- Minimum of 5 years' experience providing therapeutic services to children and families.
- Exhibits a thorough knowledge of therapeutic and case management interventions with children and adolescents and with families.
- Displays an ability to cooperate and work effectively with staff, agency administrators, community members and clients.
- Displays the initiative to problem-solve and develop programs to meet client, staff and program needs.
