PSNA Team Member

Background
Our Central Government client require a contractor to join the PSNA Team on an initially 20 days contract. Due to the nature of the role preference will be given to candidates who hold current CTC Clearance.

Main Duties/Responsibilities
* Work with PSNA Design Lead and the PSNA Management Team to define, develop and implement the Target Operating Model for the PSNA, and align this to ITIL/eTOM best practice and standards where appropriate.
* Support the development of the Service Catalogue, Service Definitions and Process Definitions for the PSNA.
* Work with permanent staff at all levels to document and roll out new ways of working that support the above Target Operating Model. Support Service Managers in their configuration of the Target Operating Model in ICT Back Office and customer facing tools. Document the services and processes and achieve sign-off from ServiceOwners and the PSNA Director.
* Support the transition of new and amended services from the PSN Programme into live operation under PSNA management. Advise on appropriate acceptance criteria for transition across all lines of development (technical, process, financial, commercial and security). Advise the Programme where necessary to fully define and develop services.
* Create a process for regular maturity assessment of the PSNA.

Skills/Experience Required
* Relevant 'hands-on' experience of Service Management. Experience of design of processes and services under ITIL and eTOM. Knowledge of public sector. Good communication skills - written and verbal. Knowledge of PSN and GSi is highly desirable
