PS/CS Core Back Office Engineer

PS/CS CORE BACK OFFICE ENGINEER
- Operate, Maintain and Optimise the clients entwork
- Integration of new network elements and liaising with project teams for implementation of new services
- Provide assistance to the GNOC
- 2nd level & 3rd level incident and problem management as well as preventive maintenance.
- Emergency support covering 24/7 network outage as well as 24/7 stand by service
- Functional testing as well as overall responsibbility for change requests.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in telecommunications or computer science
- At least 5 years work experience within the CS/PS Core area
- Deep knowledge of Huawei equipment & platforms (Huawei M2000)
- Wide knowledge in GSM/GPRS/UMTS (MSS, HLR, VLR, SGSN, GGSN..)
- Good knowledge of certain protocols: OSIX SS7, SIP, SCCP/TCAP, ISUP, DTAP, MGTS]
- proven track record of Back Office experience
- IP Knowledge and experience within security will be a big benefit
