Description:
Extensive hands-on experience implementation, troubleshooting and operation support of Ericsson PS Core Products (SGSN/MME, GGSN, PCEF, PCRF, DPI). This includes hands-on operation of management tools and network analyzers. Knowledge and Experience of HSS

Knowledge of the interworking functions of all aspects of a GSM/UMTS/LTE Network and peripheral functions such as EIR, IMS,PCRF and supporting OSS technologies

Good Understanding of 3GPP spesifications, Able to monitor the messages and troubleshoot the problems on PS Core interfaces,mainly: Gb, IuPS, Gn, Gr, Gs, Gi, Gp, Ga, Gx, Gy, Gz, S6a, S1-MME, S1-U, S5, S11, SGi, SGs for various protocols (GTP-U, GTP-C, MAP, Diameter, etc). Good appreciation of network counters and analysis/design of KPI metrics

Knowledge of the IMS functional architecture and integration/interworking with the Legacy environment

In Depth Knowledge of IP Networking and IP applications within a telecommunications environment

Knowledge and experience of capacity management and traffic analysis/forecasting within PS Core Domain

Knowledge and practical experience of QoS principals and applications.

Appreciation of the interdependencies with the PS core domain and the radio domain

Able to analyze change requests and take appropriate decisions about implementations in order not to trigger any negative effect on network KPI metrics

Detailed knowledge of the Packet Core infrastructure and integration with AAA, Traffic management functions, Policy & rules functions, DPI, Video & Web Optimization and the IMS-AS environments

Good knowledge of user plane protocols and services (rtp, rtcp, HTTP, https, application spesific protocols ie whatsapp, skype, etc)

Knowledge of SGSN/MME Pooling

Able to analyze and troubleshoot using CDR data

Strong knowledge of best practices

Team Player, also ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Open to continious improvement of technical skills, and eager to share knowledge

Have responsibility to follow the solution steps in an End to End way
