PS Core Engineer

Projektbeschreibung
PS CORE ENGINEER - M2M CORE PACKET SWITCH.
Remote work is possible if within same time zone.
M2M CORE PACKET SWITCH ENGINEER Acts as the technical lead and design authority for the solution. He/she ensures that the solution is corrected developed and integrated and can be had it over to operation.
The role includes, but is not limited to, the following:
M2M CORE PACKET SWITCH ENGINEER IS Responsible and point of contact for design and integration of Global DNS (Infoblox) for M2M service.
Defines the technical requirements
Review and approve supplier's Statement of Work
Accountable of HLDs and LLDs, gathering inputs from other engineering teams when necessary.
Liaise with OSS (Alarming, Performance, Backup & Restore) Engineers and Operations team to ensure a smooth go live and handover to Operations
Develop communication matrices and support the IP Design.
Request configuration changes on DNS platform during the delivery and eventually post go live for the sake of improvements.
Optimizations and enhancements to the platforms design and configuration to ensure consistent deployments and ease of operations.
Support integration testing execution and troubleshooting of issues that are identified during testing
Support troubleshooting and resolution of major customer issues.
M2M CORE PACKET SWITCH ENGINEER must have the following skills:
Core Engineering Packet Switch
Design and configuration experience with Central and Anycast DNS
Experience with IP routing & switching
Very good troubleshooting skills
Experience in E2E design and integration of and DNS solution is preferred
Excellent English level (oral/written)
Technical project management experience is a plus
Data Center certification is a plus
OTHER REQUESTED SKILLS:

Excellent communication skills, ability to explain, enlighten, educate and above all engage and influence stakeholders
Ability to balance conflicting needs
