Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years related experience
One year experience with implementation or provisioning of SS7 trunks
Experience with T-BERD 310 and FireBerd 6000
Experience with Hot Cuts
Experience with CO equipment ex: channel banks, MUX, DNX, nodes, etc.
Ability to read and understand technical publications
Strong organizational and follow up skills
Strong customer service skills
Ability to multi-task effectively
Working knowledge of DS0, DS1, DS3 copper and SONNET connections
Knowledge of circuit termination points and the coinciding equipment, such as CSU_DSU, LIU channel, etc.
