Provider Relations Coordinator Job

PROVIDER RELATIONS COORDINATOR needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in San Francisco, CA.

TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- Familiarity with Medi-Cal
- Excellent communication skills

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Assist with organization and streamlining of work plans, schedules, data management, and reporting
- Contact provider offices via email and telephone to schedule site visits and audits
- Send monthly emails to staff for scheduling reminders
- Create current member lists for providers with upcoming Medical Record Reviews
- Enter data into Excel spreadsheet and provider database (QNXT)
- Assist with intake of completed audits, save documents to Provider Relations Share Point site, manage calendar and follow-up with providers as necessary

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Excellent customer service, analytical, and communication skills
- Professional experience in a health care setting
- Familiarity with Medi-Cal
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
