You will sit within the delivery team working for a large financial advisory organisation. You will be responsible for evaluating and interpreting legislation and regulations to break this down into layman's terms. You will write this in the protocols book. This information will be used by managers and trainers in the call centre to ensure the teams are adhering to guidelines and policies put in place to ensure the company is compliant with FSA/FCA regulations.

Your experience must include:
* Interpreting legislation and regulations
* Writing protocols
* FSA/FCA knowledge
* You must have worked within the financial services industry
* Experience of writing protocol handbook
* You must have proven excellent written English
