An excellent opportunity has arisen working for a Major Financial Organisation of ours for a Propositions Products Manager within Pensions.
The Client is looking for someone who will apply practical knowledge and experience of the UK Corporate market to inspire and lead the creation and management of a market leading Contract Trust proposition for Workplace Savings. You will have an in-depth understanding of the proposition's technical detail and will 'own' the end-to-end proposition, ensuring that what is developed is fit-for-purpose, meets customer and market needs and is profitable.
As this role is non-permanent, a key accountability is to handover back into the Proposition Management team at the end of the contractual term.

Key dimensions
*Existing experience of the UK corporate market - we are looking for two SMEs: one contract pensions and one trust pensions expert. Key areas of expertise we are looking for are employee engagement, web capability, investments and operational deployment
*You will be joining an existing team of workplace savings SMEs, to support the team define and develop a market-leading contract and trust proposition, primarily online, integrating with flexible benefits.
*You need the ability and experience to develop a market-leading workplace savings proposition, through your existing employer, employee, adviser/consultancy and market insight, validate with key internal and external stakeholders, and take into the programme for delivery
*Documented end-to-end proposition - ability for the delivery programme to build from specified requirements
*Attractiveness of the new proposition - evidenced through research and market experience
*Quality and timeliness of technical advice and support/customer satisfaction
*Practical handover back into Proposition Management team
