Propositions Manager

Our client is currently recruiting for a Propositions Manager to work in Holborn, London.

The successful Propositions Manager will have strong digital experience and will be customer focussed looking at changing behaviors of customers ideally come from a financial services background.

Essential requirements:
Extensive expertise in managing complex segmented customer propositions initiatives
Commercial acumen and customer- centric approach.
A demonstrated understanding of relevant product sets.
Proven ability to deal with and manage multiple third party stakeholders effectively: often with competing needs.
A deep understanding of proposition development and the capability to produce and present comprehensive business cases for change or improvement.
Previous experience of taking complete ownership of newly developed products and building road maps for their continued improvement
B2C and B2B proposition and product development expertise, with a strong knowledge of customer segmentation methodology.
Evidence of working with digital propositions.
Excellent creative thinking capabilities to resolve complex issues.
A good understanding of customer insight, market dynamics, product development, marketing and service delivery.
